Foods that are good for relaxing tension before sleep

People with insomnia are advised to eat foods that relax the mind three hours before bedtime.

 

 

 

▲ Almonds are rich in melatonin, a sleep hormone, and magnesium, which relaxes muscles and helps promote restful sleep.

 

▲Warm Milk: Milk also contains tryptophan, a precursor of melatonin, so it is good to warm it up and drink it about an hour before sleep.

 

▲Bananas are effective in calming excitement and relieving mental and physical tension, and cherries are rich in melatonin, making them effective in alleviating insomnia and regulating circadian rhythms.

 

However, at least 3 hours must be secured before going to bed to maintain an empty stomach.

It is better to reduce the amount of food intake as bedtime approaches.

    자꾸 밤만되면 입이 심심하네요 ㅎㅎ 공복유지는 하는데  일찍 자는게 잘 안되네요.
    저는 우유가 잘 안맞아서 두유를 먹는데 두유도 불면증에 좋데요~^^ 정보 잘 보고 갑니다.
