This is a home workout diet that resulted in a 10-kilogram weight loss over 3 months~
Hello!! I was diagnosed with metabolic syndrome this January!! Anyway, I was told to lose weight, so I have been dieting since January until now. My blood sugar was also high, so I have been diligently following a diet / especially since going out to exercise doesn't suit my constitution, I did home workouts in the morning. At first, I cut out sweets, rice, and bread, and I really lost weight quickly~
Honestly, I've been stuck for two months now, so it's even harder.
Middle-aged body fat is really tough for me. I've lost almost 10 kilograms, as if a lot of moisture has evaporated. I still have a lot of body fat, so I'm not sure if I'm doing it correctly, but I am still diligently doing this home workout. I really sweat a lot, and strangely, maybe because it's hard, I tend to eat less during lunch.
If you're struggling with diet and exercise like me, I highly recommend home workouts. I hope the plateau ends soon. As some people say, maintaining is even harder ㅠㅠ Anyway, I lost weight from 64 to 54, but I still have a lot of belly fat, and I really dislike it. Dieting seems to be the hardest thing in the world~ Due to menopause, tofu and soy are hard to digest, so I mainly eat tofu, tea, and snacks with vegetables~
Now I often eat snacks, but I don't gain weight~♡
That’s why you really have to do home workouts, stick to your diet, and keep dieting for life. A few months are meaningless.
