Walking exercise is good for lowering blood sugar.

Blood sugar measurement: Dinner on June 26th at 7:45 PM

 

I went to sleep around 11 p.m. after eating. Then I woke up at 5 a.m. and...

 

 

 

Yesterday, I walked 22,000 steps, and when I checked my blood sugar at 7:57 AM, the level had dropped significantly.

 

 

 

The blood sugar level is 115.

 

 

 

While walking, I read from Genesis chapters 1 to 6, memorized Revelation 9:11-13, and also memorized Revelation 7:1-13. I now spend my daily routine, including meetings and sending Bible texts, together with the Word.

 

 

 

And after walking 15,000 steps for the second time, it dropped to 100.
