Drinking too many health drinks is actually bad for you~

 

These days, I am reading a book about health tips.

I also have many bad habits.

One of them is drinking health drinks.

Health drinks = fatigue recovery

I feel the same way; I think I drink frequently without thinking.

 

Many health drinks contain taurine.

Scientifically and medically

There is no evidence to prove that it is effective for fatigue recovery.

 

Healthy drinks also contain a lot of sugar.

It is said that blood sugar levels can rise.

Many people also like herbal medicine products.

Overeating can cause a pounding heart or stomach upset.

There are cases where the condition worsens.

 

Summer is approaching, and I drink a lot of beverages.

Just trusting the advertising copy

I don't think you should drink a lot without thinking.
