Let's eliminate diabetes. My personal routine for lowering blood sugar levels: walking exercise and lifestyle habits.

Date: June 18, 2024, 6:00 AM, 10:00 AM Weather: Clear

 

Blood sugar measurement: Ate dinner on June 17th at 7:45 PM and went to bed a little after 10 PM.

 

And wake up at 5 a.m.

 

Yesterday, I walked 15,000 steps, and when I checked my blood sugar at 8:25 AM, the level had decreased.

 

The blood sugar level is 115.

 

While walking, I was reading the Bible from Jeremiah chapters 47 to 52, memorizing Revelation 9:1-3, and also memorized chapter 6. I spend my daily routine, including meetings and sending Bible texts, together with the Word.

 

I measured again at 10 a.m., and my blood sugar level is 94.
