How to relieve headaches, moderate exercise, and Tylenol
I usually experience frequent headaches and dizziness, and based on my cycle, I personally think hormonal effects (ovulation and menstrual cycle) have a significant impact. When I try to endure it but find it difficult, I take Tylenol, a common over-the-counter medication. Just like it relieves menstrual pain, it also significantly improves my headaches.
And sometimes I experience a heavy pain in the back of my neck, which made me think it could be related to blood sugar or blood pressure issues. Therefore, I try to regularly do neck and shoulder stretches and walk for more than 30 minutes to help improve blood circulation. I believe many people, like me, suffer from chronic headaches caused by poor neck posture, stress, hormonal cycles, and other factors.
Headaches become very painful when they worsen, often accompanied by dizziness and nausea. I believe that maintaining good posture habits and minimizing stress are fundamentally important.
