Today, my goal was to get home quickly.

I tried to walk quickly.

You came along the main road instead of the walking trail.

I was stopped at the traffic light several times.

 

It's been a while since I felt so light.

Because I was still feeling energetic after walking

Half of the stairs I just climbed, and the other half I decided to walk two steps at a time☺️

 

I plan to exercise again after dinner.

Since I had dinner, I need to cheer up again.

 

Exercise is most needed after dinner...

Actually, the thing I struggle with the most is exercising after work🥲

I'm going to try again today, fighting!
