There are so many delicious foods in the world. I can't help but eat them. Especially, foods that make you gain weight are not only tasty but also very filling. I have no choice but to manage my eating while eating. I try to refrain from eating after 6 PM. I eat what I plan to eat before 6 PM. I made a promise to myself to not eat after 6 PM. If I do eat after 6 PM, I always decide to exercise afterwards.
I am doing walking as a basic activity.
And I am doing strength training three times a week while learning.
And at night, I pay attention to blood sugar management by swimming.
Yesterday, I went during the free swim time in the daytime.
