Wigobi Week 2: An Honest Review of the Changes I Felt After Getting the Treatment
In mid-August Wigobi It's been two weeks since I first got it.
I am overweight, so I started with 5mg/0.5mL from the first week, and I decided to take it for 4 weeks and then decide whether to increase the dosage.
I was worried because the hospital said there might be some side effects when increasing the dosage, but in reality, it was better than I expected. The injection sites alternated between the abdomen, and there was almost no pain.
Wigobi Before I started, I used to eat three meals a day without fail and have frequent snacks, but entering the second week, my appetite has definitely decreased.
I feel full even after eating only half a bowl of rice at lunch, and since I don't feel hungry at dinner, my food intake has naturally decreased.
My weight dropped from 76kg to 73kg, a decrease of about 3kg.
It’s not just the numbers; my body feels much lighter, and I feel less swollen when I wake up in the morning.
As for side effects, I had indigestion and bloating on the first day, and struggled a bit with constipation, but I got better quickly after drinking water frequently and adjusting my food intake.
I found that cutting down on coffee and spicy foods a little helped after taking a stomach break.
Wigobi The biggest change I've noticed since taking [the treatment] is 'appetite control.' In the past, I was the type to eat unconditionally whenever I was stressed, but now that I don't feel hungry, I naturally don't think about snacks.
I think my weight loss speed is staying more stable since I increased my daily water intake and combined it with light walks.
I plan to consistently record changes in my body while maintaining the 5mg/0.5mL dosage until the 4th week.
I am highly satisfied with Wigobi because it serves as a catalyst for changing eating habits, rather than simply being a weight-loss drug.
