I lost weight after getting Wigobi, but will I gain it back immediately if I stop?

I debated for a long time whether or not to start Wigobi, and I'm finally considering getting a prescription, but my biggest concern is the yo-yo effect after stopping.

I always fail when trying to lose weight with diet and exercise alone, so I really want to get help this time, but I can't take medication for the rest of my life.

I am curious how you managed your food intake and lifestyle habits when you stopped, and whether your weight went back up. Please share your experiences if you have any.

Has anyone actually used Wegobi, reached their target weight, and then stopped using it?
