My legs feel heavy.

Since I stand all day at work, after I get home from work,

My leg is swollen, tingling, and feels very heavy.

I also tried wearing compression stockings.

At first, it was somewhat effective, but it seems to be losing its effect over time.

On my days off, I lie down for about 30 minutes and lean against the wall.

After doing it, I was still okay until the afternoon.

Is there a better way to prevent atherosclerosis?
