Is there a reason for people with small faces to get Ulthera?

My face isn't actually on the large side, but
My jawline isn't as defined as it used to be these days, so I get self-conscious whenever I take photos.

So I'm looking into Ulthera.
I was curious if people with small faces also get it a lot for lifting purposes.

I'm also worried that I might be getting a procedure that just tightens the skin without changing the size of my face.

What I want is not to make my face smaller
It makes the jawline look more defined like before, but I'm not sure if this is a good choice even in that case.
