Is it okay if my face doesn't change immediately after Ultherapy?

I looked up a lot of reviews while considering whether to get Ulthera.
There are also stories of some people noticing changes immediately.
I heard there were some people who said they felt it after a few months.

I tend to keep checking the mirror after getting a procedure, so
If there isn't an immediate noticeable change, I think I might wonder if I received the wrong thing.

Is a waiting period normally required for procedures like this?
I'm not sure if I'm thinking too hastily.
