Has anyone seen their cheeks look slimmer after getting Ultherapy? Did your facial volume remain the same?

I am asking this question because I am curious about those who have actually received Ultherapy. I am also considering a face lift, but since I don't have a lot of facial fat, I want to lift the sagging areas, yet I am a little worried that I might lose volume as well.

Among those who have actually received Ultherapy, have any of you noticed that your cheeks or the front of your cheeks looked sunken compared to before the procedure? I am curious whether you didn't notice it for the first few days due to swelling and your face looked slimmer after the swelling subsided, or if it actually looked naturally refined as your skin elasticity improved over time.
