How bearable is the pain from Ultherapy?

I am looking forward to the effects of Ulthera, but I am hesitant because of the pain.
I'm worried because I see a lot of reviews online saying it hurts.
For those who have actually received it, which part was the most painful?
I am wondering if it was possible to receive it without anesthesia.
I would also like to know about the pain during the procedure and the discomfort afterward.
