Were you satisfied with the Ulthera considering the cost?

Lately, I have been considering Ulthera because of facial sagging.
I hear a lot of good things about it, but I'm hesitant because the price is a burden.
I wonder if the satisfaction level was actually as high as the cost.
I also want to know how much it costs based on the number of shots.
Was there a big difference compared to other lifting procedures like Shurink?
