Is there a big difference in effectiveness between 300 shots and 500 shots of Ulthera?

I see a lot of people around me getting Ultherapy these days. It seems to be very effective, but I've heard that it is quite painful.

I generally have a good pain tolerance, but the 500 shots are more effective than the 300 shots. Will it show up better?

I'm hesitant because of the price, but if it's effective, I'd like to give it a try.
