Does the effectiveness or pain vary depending on the number of Ulthera shots?

There is a significant price difference for Ulthera depending on the number of shots. Does the lifting effect actually differ as the number of shots increases, such as between 300 and 600 shots? Does the pain also increase? I am curious about the satisfaction level relative to the price.
