Is it helpful to take photos to assess the effects of Shurink after the procedure?

I heard that it is difficult to notice changes from lifting procedures if you look in the mirror every day.

So, I am wondering if taking photos from the same angle and lighting before and after the procedure helps compare the actual changes.

For those who have experienced this, which side profile or front view did you notice the changes more clearly? I would like to know which parts you primarily checked when evaluating the results of the procedure.
