How often should I do Shrink every few months?

Since Shrink itself has a price...

With the Shrink and IPL package

Package includes 4 sessions of Shrink and 5 sessions of IPL.

Since the cost is a burden, I go every 3-4 months, right?

Would it be better to do it every 2-3 months to maintain consistent effectiveness?

I only start taking care of my skin after it gets damaged...

I don't even know if I'm doing it properly..
