I received toning and other treatments as part of the first-visit event. The therapists are kind, but the staff are not. They are too busy working to pay attention. I guess that is reflected in the price, making it a cost-effective treatment. Aside from guiding you into the treatment room, everything is self-service.
I've been to several factory-style places, and I think this one is the cheapest among them.
I went with a reservation; booking was easy, but there was a bit of a wait. Arrival registration and payment are all self-service. Post-procedure precautions are also self-service. Even sunscreen is self-service... I like doing things myself, but this is the first time I've experienced this level of self-service at a clinic. Still, it was crowded, with people constantly coming in, regardless of gender or age.
