Yonsei Cheon Yong-min Orthopedic Clinic in Seodaemun-gu, Concerns about pain recurrence after injection treatment

This is my second visit due to shoulder pain. The pain subsides for about two weeks after the injection, but the numbness returns after a while. Since I have a straight neck and the X-ray suggested a herniated disc, I was told to get an MRI, but I said I wanted to receive the injection one more time. I go to the hospital because the numbness extends from my neck to my hands, and since the injection works immediately, I want to get it again even though the treatment is painful. I was curious about the ingredients of the injection, so I asked, and they told me it contains steroids and a local anesthetic. I also received a prescription and am taking it consistently. This is also an anti-inflammatory painkiller. Since the treatment I am receiving only serves to temporarily relieve the pain, I plan to get an MRI to confirm a herniated disc and receive focused treatment for that. I wish I had received treatment back when I knew I had a straight neck a long time ago, so that is why I am continuing to visit regularly.
