Kim Byung-soo ENT Clinic, Tonsillitis Treatment Review: Clear and kind

I visited because my tonsils were swollen and painful. I had heard from someone I exercise with that this clinic provides excellent care, so I went with high expectations, and after receiving treatment myself, I understood why. The director explained my symptoms clearly, making it easy to understand. I really appreciated that they kindly answered every question I asked without showing any signs of annoyance. They addressed the issues a patient might be curious about well, and their explanations were concise yet to the point, which instilled confidence even though the consultation was short. The nurses were also nice, and the clinic atmosphere was clean, allowing me to receive treatment comfortably. I felt that this is an ENT clinic I would want to visit again if I have any tonsil or throat-related symptoms.
