We took my child to the dentist for a regular check-up, and a small cavity was discovered, so we proceeded with treatment right away. At first, I was worried that my child might be scared, but they received the treatment more calmly than I expected, which reassured me as a parent. The dentist first checked my child's teeth and explained the extent of the cavity. Fortunately, since it was an early-stage cavity, the treatment did not take long. The procedure involved thoroughly removing the decayed area and filling it with a material similar in color to the tooth. The doctor kept talking to the child to keep him from getting nervous during the treatment, so we were able to finish without any crying. After the treatment, we were advised to brush his teeth more thoroughly and reduce his intake of sweet foods. I heard that early detection and treatment are most important for children's cavities, so I think regular dental checkups are necessary. This experience with my child's cavity treatment has made me realize that I need to pay more attention to their dental care.
