Since it was on my face, it was uncomfortable and difficult at first, but now it feels more comfortable. The director even applies ointment as a finishing touch after cleaning the earwax, so I actually like that it helps with proper care. This is the only ENT clinic in my neighborhood, so I find myself coming to Seoul ENT Clinic rather than taking public transportation to go elsewhere. The clinic interior is also clean and comfortable.
