The hospital interior was so clean and comfortable that I felt great as soon as I walked in! Everyone—from the consultation manager and reception staff to the doctor assisting with the anesthesia before the Rejuran procedure—was so kind and welcoming, which really helped ease my trembling nerves. I visited because it is a famous hospital, and I can see why it is so well-known. The director really has an amazing intuition!
I tend to share a lot of TMI, so there were times at other places when I felt self-conscious or ignored. However, the staff here nodded along to every little thing I said and laughed with me, so I was incredibly grateful. Thanks to them, I was able to complete the surgery in a comfortable atmosphere.
