The ENT director is kind and attentive. The hospital staff are also friendly and welcoming. I had a slight cold, but he kindly answered my questions and gave me a diagnosis. I was able to see the doctor quickly without having to wait too long, which was really nice. There were a lot of patients waiting, but since there are three departments, the three directors are there to see the patients, so the wait time is naturally shortened. I was treated in Department 2, and while the room was a bit small, the atmosphere was comfortable, so I was able to receive treatment without any major inconveniences. Registering for a Jinrot appointment was simple and easy, as I just had to enter my information using a pad.
