After returning from my trip to Vietnam, I suddenly felt chilly, and then I finally got a real cold. Perhaps it was because I'd been out in the hot weather and constantly exposed to the air conditioning, but as soon as I got back to Korea, I developed a fever and my whole body ached like I'd been beaten up. I tried to hold out at home for a day, but it just didn't work out, so I went to the hospital for an IV. I lay in bed for about an hour, and at first I felt a little cold and lethargic, but afterward, strangely enough, I felt much lighter. My fever gradually went down, and my headache also eased, and I thought, "I should've come sooner." Traveling is great, but I realized that maintaining my physical strength is crucial.
