Because it's a very busy place, there's a wait. However, all the staff were friendly and prompt, so I was able to see the doctor without any inconvenience. They can help with reservations by phone, but you may have to wait a bit upon arrival. It's a standalone building, and the unique structure makes it a bit confusing to know which floor is which. Still, the building is clean (the bathrooms, in particular, feel like a hotel) and conveniently located for public transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, explaining everything in simple language and answering any questions I had immediately. The treatment costs seemed a bit high, but I was able to file a claim, and they helped me with all the paperwork, so I received a refund quickly!
