Here at Neulkwaecha Oriental Medicine Clinic, we practice Saam acupuncture. While we offer the same services as other clinics, Saam acupuncture is the foundation. I came here after receiving Saam acupuncture treatment at another clinic. There are two directors here, sisters. The older sister, Director Kim Yeon-ju, takes the morning shift, and the younger sister, Director Kim Hyo-ju, takes the afternoon shift. Since appointments are mandatory, I made an appointment for the afternoon shift, and the younger sister treated me. After filling out a questionnaire at the reception, I met with the director. She took my pulse, reviewed my information, and asked me supplementary questions. She then thoroughly assessed my condition and provided me with appropriate treatment. She also explained Saam acupuncture to me. The hospital is generally quiet, calm, and welcoming. After my treatment, I felt better, but the director said I would need two to three visits a week for a few weeks to see any improvement, so I plan to continue going.
