I went to the Straight Orthopedic Clinic near Seoul National University Station because of my elbow pain. It's on the 3rd floor of the building right after exiting Seoul National University Station, so I got there in just 1 minute! When I entered the hospital, the interior was clean and bright, so I felt relaxed and comfortable. However, I had to wait a while after checking in, so I was a bit tired. After receiving the instructions, I didn't feel much stress after that. Everything was handled very quickly. Perhaps because the director or professor at a university hospital was from the same hospital, he calmly and thoroughly asked about the condition of my elbow, took an ultrasound, and kindly explained that my tendon was inflamed. He said, "Avoid this kind of movement, and let's try physical therapy and extracorporeal shock wave therapy together." He didn't prescribe unnecessary medication and only gave me what I needed, which was reassuring. (It seems like the doctors here are more friendly than the nurses)
Then go up to the 4th floor and get manual therapy in the physical therapy room. I received electrical stimulation, maybe because it was after the injection. My arm pain has decreased, and my daily routine has become easier the next day. Plus, I'm so happy that they're open on weekends in addition to weekday evenings.
