During the seasonal transition, there are many cold patients, so if you visit without a reservation, there is a long wait time, and you may have to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. This is my second visit with a cold, and I visited at 9:00 AM and was able to be seen around 9:30 AM. It was convenient to be able to check in at the kiosk, and after checking in, the nurse took my temperature and made me wait. I have visited several times in the past, and I felt that Dr. Park Jeong-hwa always takes care of her patients from the patient's perspective. She is always kind and explains things in detail, so I trust her. When I visited five days ago when I had a cold, my symptoms were not severe, so she prescribed medicine without antibiotics, but this time, my phlegm and cough got worse, so she prescribed medicine including an antibiotic. Today, on the fourth day of taking it, my cold seems to have almost gotten better. I plan to visit again in the future.
