Sharing my experience with alopecia areata treatment at Abel Dermatology Clinic in Eunpyeong-gu.

I visited this clinic with symptoms of alopecia areata around the crown of my head. I was told that my alopecia was progressing and that I would need outpatient treatment with injections (steroids) and light therapy, alternating weekly. I was also instructed to apply Desoxsiwon Gel 0.05% daily before bed. I had previously received treatment for alopecia areata a year ago. After about three months of the same treatment, gray hairs began to grow in the affected area, which then normalized after treatment. I trust the treatment and am currently receiving it. I also discussed concerns that the area, which is also connected to my hairline, could lead to overall hair loss. Mypecia tablets were prescribed to prevent overall hair loss. This medication treats androgenetic alopecia by reducing the concentration of the substance causing hair loss. It is recommended that continuous use be continued for about six months to see results.
