When I called, the response was not that great, but when I actually arrived, the female doctor who took an X-ray of my back was kind and I felt good, and thanks to the director who examined me thoroughly, I was able to find out the cause and future treatment. However, the director kept interrupting my opinion and only continued with what she wanted to say, which was a bit frustrating. Other than that, it was overall okay. The shock wave therapy was also done very carefully and meticulously, examining the painful area, so I was able to pinpoint exactly where the pain was, and I think the pain was somewhat reduced as a result. It may not be effective in one session, but it was okay.
