My shoulder has been hurting so much lately. It feels like I've been piling on heavy rocks! So I decided to get a fascial injection, which I really don't like... or rather, I hate. I've only gotten it twice in my life, and it was really effective, but it hurt so much that I cried a lot. But recently, my shoulder has gotten so bad that I thought I should get it, and I went to the hospital my grandmother and mother go to. The building seemed a bit old, but the hospital was clean. There are many orthopedic clinics in Bulkwang-dong, but I went there because I thought rehabilitation medicine might be a better fit, and I think it was a good choice. There were some older patients there, as well as others who looked about my age. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. She asked about my surgical experience and medication allergies, and she even came over to the desk to help me. After getting the injection and receiving manual therapy, my neck definitely felt a lot more relaxed, but my turtle neck is so severe that I think I'll need to continue seeing her.
