A few days ago, I was brushing my teeth when I suddenly felt a sharp pain in my lower back, and after about an hour, I had difficulty even walking. But during that hour, I had my wisdom teeth removed. Wisdom teeth removal is no easy task, so Director Kim Nam-hyeok, who first examined me, said it would be too much, so I only did physical therapy. I thought that would help, but the pain started again in the evening. The next day, I saw Director Kim Dong-hyun, the head director, again (Director Kim Nam-hyeok was on leave), and received injection treatment. The day after that, today, I only received physical therapy. I feel much better thanks to his care. Fortunately, it wasn't a disc problem, but rather a temporary slippage and retraction of the disc as we age due to repeated bad posture~~^^;;
They told me to be careful in my late 40s and early 50s... They even advised me to take my golf game easy, and even sent me texts about exercises that are good for my back. It was my first time going to a therapist, but they were so friendly and I felt like I had trust in them. I think I'll keep going. I won't be going often, though.
