I was treated for shoulder pain. Today was my second appointment. The doctor who treated me the first time was out of the office, so I went to see Dr. Chae Seon-ah. I received an anti-inflammatory injection and a prescription for medication. About 10 days later, I had my second appointment. My shoulder pain has significantly decreased, and I've been doing the shoulder joint exercises the doctor suggested, two to three times a day, although not for long periods of time. My shoulder movement has become much easier. After the injection, I received extracorporeal shock wave therapy, manual therapy, and physical therapy. The physical therapy staff were very kind and provided thorough explanations.
