A visit to the Public Security Department for peace of mind through regular checkups

I visit the public eye clinic regularly. I felt the need to go to a large hospital after being told that my eyesight was not good during a health checkup, but it was difficult to make an appointment at a university hospital, so I looked for a large ophthalmology clinic.. I visited the public eye clinic because people around me recommended it. The public eye clinic has various facilities just like a university hospital, so I was able to receive a variety of tests, which was nice.
It's been almost 10 years since I've been going to the ophthalmologist. I've been getting regular retinal exams, and there hasn't been any significant change, so I'm having regular follow-up exams with peace of mind. I'm also taking lutein regularly.
