Seoul Central Medical Center Office Worker Health Checkup Review
This is a review of a health checkup for office workers at the Central Medical Center (abbreviated as Seoul Central Medical Center) located in Jung-gu, Seoul.
I always get my checkups with my coworkers, but today I went alone and was able to take some pictures comfortably.
Maybe because it was December, there were a lot of people.
First, you need to make a reservation before receiving a health checkup.
Go to the Seoul Central Medical Center website and click on “Make a Checkup Reservation.”
Seoul Central Medical Center = Seoul Central Medical Clinic has several names, but the website names are different.
Since this is a health checkup for office workers, please press the Industrial Complex.
Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message like this.
If you go to the instructions for filling out the mobile phone electronic questionnaire in the text message, you will be asked to install the Health Wallet app.
It was annoying to have to install the app, but it was convenient because the checkup order was displayed.
Make a reservation and arrive at Central Medical Center!
Detailed address
Go to the kiosk, make a reservation, click on the person you would like to check in with, and check in.
After registration, you will receive a workplace health checkup document.
Follow the instructions.
I thought it wouldn't take long since there weren't many people waiting, but it took quite a while.
Next, I will share in detail the health checkup process for office workers.
1. When your name is called, go to the comprehensive examination center, ask a question, and have your blood pressure measured.
2. After that, go to the locker room and change clothes.
3. After getting dressed and coming out, scan your key at the kiosk and the examination will begin.
You can continuously check it through the hospital app.
It shows the test items I received and the test progress.
It was convenient because I could check it right away through the app, but it might be a bit difficult for older people who have difficulty using smartphones.
4. Urine test.
For workplace examinations, place the urine sample on the left side.
Every time I see it, I can't get used to it... urine cups hanging out in such an open place...
4. Take blood.
Once you get your blood drawn, it's over.
Workplace health checkups are simple.
However, as many people came to get their checkups to avoid having to wait until the end of the year, the number of people waiting to be checked increased and it took about an hour.
This hospital is located in the Central Post Office building in Jung-gu, Seoul, so it's really great that nearby office workers and residents can conveniently get health checkups.
And I also liked that it was done neatly and professionally.
Everyone, including the doctor who examined me, was kind, so I was able to receive the examination comfortably.
Since the checkup is conducted from 7:30 AM, it is also good that those who have difficulty fasting for a long time or have afternoon schedules can conveniently receive the checkup.
Local household heads, employed members, household members and dependents aged 20 or older, and medical aid recipients aged 20 to 64 must undergo a general health checkup.
It is administered once every two years, and for non-office workers it is administered annually.
I also got it in December, but since there are many people who want to get a checkup as the year nears its end, I recommend getting it done early.
