Lately, I've been feeling very stressed because of work, so I think that's why I've been feeling a bit depressed. On weekends, I don't want to do anything and feel lethargic. I don't even want to go out or do anything, so I just lie down all day. Also, unlike before, I wake up in the middle of the night without realizing it. I think it's morning, but when I look at the clock, it's three or four in the morning. Why is this happening? Should I go to a psychiatrist for counseling? I also have trouble falling asleep early and end up sleeping late.
