These days, I have many nights when I can't sleep, and I am worried about it. I am a fourth-year college student, and I am experiencing a lot of stress and concerns about employment and graduation. At night, I feel intense anxiety, my heart beats rapidly, and I am tense, making it difficult to fall asleep. It has become so hard that I caught a cold. Even when I try to sleep, I feel anxious unless I do something, and I can't rest. I try listening to music, drinking warm tea, or taking a bath, but I can't do these things well.
I don't want to take medicine or go to the hospital, but I would appreciate it if you could let me know of any good ways to sleep well.
