Since my mid-20s, I've suddenly developed insomnia, and I've had insomnia for nearly 20 years nowใ ใ I've consulted at university hospitals and tried all the recommended medications, but nothing works. Now, I take half a sleeping pill every day to sleep. I also have restless legs syndrome, which makes things even harder for me.
