Because I have difficulty falling asleep easily or frequently wake up during sleep

There are people who wake up tired and still feel exhausted, right?ใ…

How to eliminate insomnia.

  1. Sleep time should be regular!
    It is said that an average of 7 to 8 hours is an appropriate amount of sleep.

  2. Reduce naps!!
    A proper nap can reduce the body's fatigue.
    Excessive napping interferes with restful sleep.

  3. Reducing caffeine

    Try to drink coffee as early as possible.
    Let's avoid it during dinner time.

    Create a quiet and dark environment.
    It helps me sleep well.
    Don't look at your smartphone while lying in bed!!

    I think this is the hardest thing for meใ… 
    Once a thought begins, it keeps chaining and chaining and chaining and chaining...
    Eventually, I end up having a night where I can't sleep because of all sorts of thoughtsใ… 

  6. Sunshine shower during the day!
    Getting enough sunlight during the day helps regulate your biological clock and melatonin.
    The biological clock regulates physiological functions such as sleep.
    Melatonin is called the sleep hormone.


  7. Take a warm shower before going to bed!!
    Taking a shower with warm water can improve blood circulation, relieve fatigue, alleviate depression, and boost immunity.
    It is said to improve the quality of sleep and help you fall asleep faster.

  8. Eating foods that are good for insomnia
    Jujube is said to relax the tension throughout the body.
    It would be nice to drink warm jujube tea!
    It also promotes active blood circulation in black beans.
    It is said to help induce deep sleep and relieve stress.
