Should I buy melatonin supplements like the title suggests?
I'm thinking about it.
I had been suffering from insomnia for a while and had gotten a bit better, but now I'm worried because it's hard to fall asleep due to stress.
The more I turn off all the lights at 11 o'clock and lie down doing nothing to try to fall asleep, the more I couldn't fall asleep and just felt wide awake. Since I finally drifted off past two in the morning, I feel tired, my head feels heavy, and the day is tough.
I'm thinking of buying some nutritional supplements and taking them.
If melatonin supplements help with insomnia, I would like to buy some. Would they be helpful?
