My wife has been suffering from insomnia for several years, so we are now sleeping in separate rooms.
Even though I sleep in separate rooms and have blackout curtains, there are still times when I can't sleep. When I first started taking sleep medication, I only took it occasionally, but now I'm doing a bit better and it's not as bad, yet I'm still worried because sometimes I still can't sleep well.
Please share some helpful tips for insomnia.
