(Question) Has anyone ever had lower eyelid fat repositioning surgery?

I never paid much attention to the fat under my eyes, but as I’ve passed forty, I can feel my face aging day by day. The under-eye fat that wasn’t there is starting to bulge, and I’m seriously considering it these days. If it becomes more noticeable, I definitely want to get an under-eye fat repositioning, but after looking into it, I realize I need to find a good hospital that specializes in it. I read about side effects and it’s scary 😢. I thought it was a simple procedure since many celebrities do it...
