After eye revision surgery, numbness, tearing, stabbing sensation, and decreased vision

My eyes keep watering, and I feel like something is stuck,ㅠㅠ

I visited the ophthalmology department three times, but my vision remains the same as before.

Dry eyes, artificial tears prescription complete.

Is this a side effect of the eyelid surgery?ㅠㅠ Or is it a side effect of the reoperation for eyelid correction?ㅠㅠ

Sigh... Even when I lie on my side or use my phone for a little longer, I feel like my eyelashes are poking my eyes, and it feels like there's something in my eyes.ㅠㅠ
