I'm considering a crooked nose surgery. Would a nasal bone fracture and alar reduction be okay?

I'm considering nose surgery because I have a wide nasal bridge, large nostrils, and thick skin, which makes it a broad and thick nose.

I'm wondering if it's okay to just do osteotomy and alar base reduction without implants.

It looks okay from the side, but when viewed from the front, my nose appears to be very wide, which is stressful.

Has anyone with a similar nose to mine undergone surgery with a septoplasty and alar base reduction?
