Has anyone received the Gold PTT?

The current skin condition is about this much.

Because of my exam preparation, I didn't have time to visit the dermatologist and just managed my skin roughly, and I think I reached the peak of my skin issues ㅠㅠ I don't know whether I should undergo Agnes or Gold PTT treatment to see better results.
