A white line is appearing on my thumbnail, and it is painful.

Sometimes there are two or three white vertical lines on the thumbnail.

It feels like a pain as if something has hit somewhere.

It hurts so much to be hereㅜ

I have never tried gel nails, and I don't have diabetes.

It's not like I'm actually on a diet or anything.

I don't know why it happens.

My biological father used to have white streaks in his hair during winter.

It appeared and my nails also started to split, like this.

Is that also hereditary?

What should people with similar symptoms do?

    영양불균형으로 세로줄은 생길수도 있을테고요
통증은 본인이 인지하지 못하게 부딪혀서가 아닐까요

    영양 부족이 원인일것 같은데요. 비타민B 철분 아연 영양제 보충해서 드셔보세요. 손톱 건조하지 않게 핸드크림도 꼼꼼하게 발라보세요.

    영양이 부족하셔서 그런 게 아닐까 싶은데요..?
일단 손톱 잘라주세요. 길이가 긴 손톱은 손톱의 영양분을 뺏고 손톱 건강에 좋지 않아요. 그리고 바세린을 손톱에도 듬뿍 발라주세요.

    저도 하얀세로줄이 있는데 통증이나 그외 다른 증상도 없어요

    하얀 세로줄이 있는데 통증 때문에 힘드실거 같아요 
하얀세로줄은 손톱에 외상이 있거나 영양문제나 갑상선 기능저하 등이 원인일수 있다고 합니다 
어디 부딪힌것도 아닌데 통증이 있는건 손톱 안에 염증이 생긴건 아닐테고 손톱이 피부에 파고들거나 그런 이유는 아니시죠?
단백질 비오틴 포함된 음식 많이 드시고 핸드크림 잘 바르시고 관리하시는 될거 같은데요
 통증이 심해지면 꼭 병원에 가보세요

저는 발톱이 이렇게 되더라구요.
근데 통증은 없던데 통증 있으면 힘들겠어요
